I am incredibly excited to finally share the project that has been two years in the making, alongside my closest confidante, business partner, and all time favorite person —my wonderful mother, Trudy Crane. Together, we've dreamt of creating a second cookbook, one that captures the essence of our travels, the delicious foods we've encountered, and the unforgettable moments we've had along the way.

This cookbook is more than just a collection of recipes—it's a celebration of the moments we share around food. Food has this incredible ability to bring us together, to create memories, and to forge connections that last a lifetime.

In these pages, you'll find stories of gatherings with friends, cozy family dinners, date nights and the joy that comes with sharing a meal and also enjoying it on your own. Whether it's the smell of something delicious cooking or the laughter that fills the room, every recipe captures a moment in time, a moment worth savoring.
